The same thieving bastard who is stealing my paper is probably responsible....but the Moose Lamp is GONE. Just...gone. So is the chair by its table and the table. Damn.
UPDATE to the update: I have left the nicest note possible down in the lobby. It reads: Please do not take my New York Times. If you want your own NYT, go to http://www.nytimes.com/

It only stands to reason. The culprit must have decided a table, chair and lamp were necessary to comfortably read all of your stolen newspapers...

In all seriousness, Kim, you should talk to your landlord. S/he would be concerned to hear that furnishings in a public space in your building are "disappearing."
